To our FiberLync subscribers, we are pleased to announce the launch of the new Customer Portal. As mentioned in several emails announcing this change, on May 1st, the new platform will go live. Payment methods in the existing platform cannot be transferred by FiberLync to the new portal, as this information is stored encrypted to safeguard your personal information. If you have not yet transferred your payment method to the new platform, please do so as soon as possible. (See the instructions attached).
If your account in the new Customer Portal does not have a payment method on file by your May invoice due date, your account could be suspended for non-payment.
